Preethi Shankar

Preethi Shankar is an accomplished HR professional with over eight years of experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Deputy Manager Human Resources at Ramco Systems since February 2020, Preethi has expertise in resolving employee issues, initiating engagement programs, and administrating organizational policies. Previous experience includes serving as HR Business Partner - Assistant Manager at Cauvery News and as Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner at WIPRO Technologies, where Preethi was responsible for manpower planning and recruitment. Preethi holds an MBA in HR from St. Joseph's College of Business Administration and is currently pursuing an Executive Program in Strategic Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
