Rakesh Vaddi

Rakesh Vaddi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR and payroll transformations across various industries, currently serving as the Regional Support Head and Head of the Centre of Excellence at Ramco Systems since July 2019. Rakesh has spearheaded multiple multi-country transformation programs in the HR and payroll domains for clients in Australia and New Zealand, managing significant teams and navigating complex systems like Workday and SAP. Previous roles include Manager S&IT at British Telecom, focusing on Oracle ERP compliance and project management, as well as leading various implementations at Oracle India and Steria India Ltd. Rakesh holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
