Ramachandran K

Ramachandran K has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ramachandran began their career as a Developer at Syntel in 1994. Ramachandran then joined Ramco Systems in 1995, where they held positions as a Development Lead, Team Leader, and ultimately a Product Manager until 2002. After that, they worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a Project Manager and later as a Delivery Manager from 2002 to 2005. Following that, Ramachandran joined U Mold IT Solutions Private Limited as part of the core management team responsible for the Solution Architecture of a Web 2.0 product. In 2007, they joined Cognizant Technology Solutions and served as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, and again as a Delivery Manager until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, Ramachandran returned to Ramco Systems as the Head of Pre-Packaged Business Analytics Products. Ramachandran then became the Product Development Manager for Ramco HCM on Cloud from 2013 to 2015. Currently, Ramachandran serves as the Head of Ramco HCM with Global Payroll Support for Australia, New Zealand, APAC, and MENA regions.

Ramachandran K obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in ECE from the University of Madras from 1988 to 1992. Following this, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Technology (PGDST) with a focus on Database Systems and Software Engineering at NCST, Mumbai from 1994 to 1995.
