Jonathan Hare is a skilled Mine Geologist currently working at Ramelius Resources Limited since August 2025, following the acquisition of Spartan Resources. Jonathan has extensive experience in underground geology, having contributed to the Juniper Decline at Spartan Resources as an Underground Mine Geologist, where responsibilities included logging underground core, mapping, and mineralisation interpretation. Previously, Jonathan worked on resource development and exploration for gold at the Dalgaranga Site, alongside various roles in factory work and academic leadership positions with the Society of Economic Geologists. Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Structural Geology with Geophysics and a Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences from the University of Leeds, along with A Levels in Geology, Maths, and Chemistry from Bishop Stopford School.
