Shanmukha Hegde's work experience begins in 2009 with roles at Aricent as an R&D Software Engineer and later as a SW Engineer. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Nokia Siemens Networks in a role related to radio access. In 2012, they joined Cisco Systems as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, where they are currently working. At Cisco Systems, they focus on 5G SMF and performs tasks such as specification study, test design and execution, automation, and addressing customer issues.
