Marion Decouvelaere

Marion Decouvelaere has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Responsable Ressources Humaines at Ramery since August 2022. Prior to this role, Marion held the position of Responsable des ressources humaines at Groupe CÉMOI for a brief period in early 2022. From September 2010 to July 2021, Marion was the Responsable Ressources Humaines at Fives ECL, where key responsibilities included adapting the company to shareholder changes and managing various HR strategies, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
