Mandy Wheeler

Mandy Wheeler has extensive experience in human resources, public relations, communications, and quality assurance. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Shawnee State University, Mandy has held various roles in these fields at companies such as Ramey-Estep Homes, Inc., and Progress Rail, A Caterpillar Company. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ramey-Estep Homes, Mandy has a strong background in coordinating special events, developing PR and marketing plans, and providing daily phone coverage as a Communication Center Specialist. Mandy is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of Louisville.
