Samuli Pirinen

Samuli Pirinen currently serves as the Head of Legal at Ramirent Group since January 2023. Prior to this role, Samuli held positions at Hannes Snellman from October 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included serving as Counsel and Senior Associate. From June 2016 to October 2018, Samuli was a Legal Counsel at Siemens, providing legal counsel in Finland and the Baltic countries. Earlier experience includes a role as a Visiting Lawyer and Legal Counsel at Amec Foster Wheeler, and serving as an Associate at Kauttu & Co and Attorneys at Law LakimiesCom Ltd, focusing on business law and construction law. Samuli began the legal career as a Law Clerk at the District Court of Kanta-Häme from January 2013 to January 2014. Samuli earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Turku between 2008 and 2012.
