Sam Ramirez Jr.

Sam Ramirez Jr. is an accomplished financial leader with extensive experience in investment management and advisory services. Since 2002, Sam has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ramirez Asset Management, a specialized SEC registered RIA focused on fixed income asset management for institutional investors. Additionally, Sam has been a Senior Partner at Ramirez & Company, Inc. since June 1992, where the firm provides comprehensive investment banking and advisory services. Active in the industry, Sam has held board positions with SIFMA since September 2020 and USPA Global Licensing Inc. since June 2019. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Vermont, earned between 1987 and 1991.
