Prasanth Kutty

Prasanth Kutty is a seasoned marketing and sales professional with experience spanning various roles in the human resources and payroll sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Marketing & Sales at Ramkrishna Forgings Limited since June 2025, Prasanth previously held the position of Account Executive for Global Payroll (APAC & EMEA) at Multiplier from July 2024 to March 2025. Prior to that, a tenure as Corporate Sales Manager at Naukri.com with Zwayam took place from September 2022 to July 2024, following a role as Global Sales Executive at Neeyamo from April 2019 to September 2022. Early career experience includes internships in human resources at Intellect Design Arena Ltd and YAMAHA MOTOR INDIA PVT. LTD., as well as a role as Business Process Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services. Prasanth holds an MBA in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Vivekananda College, Kolkata.
