Rama Mohan Rao

Mr. Rama Rao heads all municipal solid waste management operations at REEL encompassing collection, transportation, processing, and disposal in urban and local centers in India. Prior to joining REEL, Mr. Rao was General Manager of Continent Projects & Technologies in Singapore. He previously served as Additional Commissioner, Health & Sanitation, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, where he managed the solid waste management, sanitation, veterinary, and entomology divisions. He was instrumental in mechanizing and improving waste management methods as part of his role. Mr. Rao holds a post-graduate degree in Commerce and is pursuing a doctorate in implementation of Urban Poverty Elimination Programs in Andhra Pradesh from Osmania University.
