Elizabeth Ramm is an accomplished professional in the field of engineering and consultancy, currently serving as Associate Director of Operations at RammSanderson Ecology Ltd since October 2021. Prior to this role, Ramm spent several years at AECOM, where from January 2015 to October 2021, Ramm held the position of Associate Director and Trackbed Discipline Lead, overseeing a team of approximately 20 engineers, geologists, technicians, and apprentices. We hold a 5* RISQS rating for Network Rail managed infrastructure with ten PTS accredited ecologists. Founded by Oliver Ramm and Nick Sanderson, the company has core principles of coherent advice based on experience and pragmatism; delivery of high quality work in a timely, cost efficient manner and a belief in customer service, whilst adhering to the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management’s Code of Professional Conduct. We believe it is possible, having delivered projects in this manner for some years, to have a practice which can deliver ecological inputs on time, on budget and work with the client and their team to find mutually beneficial solutions.
