Alvaro Bertran

Alvaro Bertran has over two decades of experience in the field of law, specializing in commercial and financial law. Currently serving as Socio at Ramón y Cajal Abogados since February 2012, Alvaro focuses on corporate governance, contractual matters, investment operations, mergers and acquisitions, and financial transactions including financing, refinancing, restructuring, and project finance. Prior experience includes a position as Asociado at Garrigues from December 2002 to January 2012 and serving as an Abogado at Ribalta Abogados from February 1997 to February 2005, where Alvaro also concentrated on commercial law. Alvaro Bertran holds a Licenciatura en derecho from Universitat Abat Oliba CEU.
