Antonio De Mariano

Antonio de Mariano is a lawyer at Ramón y Cajal Abogados since 1999, specializing in advisory services related to commercial matters, including contractual negotiations, commercial disputes, unfair competition, and consumer protection. Expertise also encompasses the application of regulations governing the food chain, retail trade, and the protection of intangible assets, as well as data protection law. Antonio has extensive experience in arbitration and civil court proceedings, particularly in seeking compensation for damages resulting from competition law infringements. Prior to this role, Antonio served as a legal counsel for the Government of Andalusia between 1992 and 1997, preparing for public examinations.
