Cristina Vidal

Cristina Vidal is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in financial and capital markets law. Currently serving as a Profesora at Centro de Estudios Garrigues since January 2022, Cristina has also held the position of Socia at Ramón y Cajal Abogados since January 2015, focusing on the Financial and Capital Markets Department. Previous roles include Head of Institutional and Litigation Legal Advice at Barclays Bank Spain and Abogada del Estado at Abogacía General del Estado. Cristina's legal career began at the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores-MEH, where Cristina was Director of Contencioso and Sanction Regime Services. Cristina also worked as Abogada del Estado at Abogacía del Estado/Audiencia Nacional. The academic foundation includes a degree from Universidad de Valladolid obtained between 1992 and 1997.
