Javier Salinas is an experienced lawyer with a focus on competition law, currently serving at Ramón y Cajal Abogados since September 2012. In addition to this role, Javier has been a Non-Governmental Advisor for the International Competition Network at CNMC since March 2020. Prior experience includes positions as a lawyer at Clifford Chance LLP and Allen & Overy, as well as legal internships with the European Commission in competition and fraud units. Javier holds a Master of Laws in European Competition Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and has completed law studies at King's College London and Université Paris-Sud.
