Norman Heckh

Norman Heckh is a seasoned legal professional with extensive expertise in technology, privacy, and compliance law. Currently a Partner at Ramón y Cajal Abogados since February 2014, Norman previously served as Director and Head of IT/C, Privacy and Gambling at Deloitte Abogados from February 2011 to January 2014. Earlier experience includes a Senior Associate role at Baker & McKenzie from July 2000 to January 2011, overseeing the IT/C sector, and an Associate position at Schiller Abogados, where legal advice was provided in commercial law. Norman holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Centro de Estudios de Garrigues and a Licentiate in Law from Universidad CEU San Pablo, along with a Diploma in Telecommunications Law from Grupo Recoletos.
