Justin Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to present. Justin started their career as an Athletic Trainer at NovaCare in July 2005. In 2006, they joined Wellness Coaches USA and held various roles including Operations Manager, Wellness Coach, Director of Operations, and eventually VP of Operations from October 2018 to January 2020. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer at Ramp Health since January 2020.

Justin Thomas attended Big Creek H.S. for high school. Afterward, they pursued a degree in Athletic Training at Marshall University from 1998 to 2001. Later, they completed their education at Southeastern Louisiana University, where they studied Health Studies from 2002 to 2005.
