Stephen has also been involved in inventing at Ball2theWall. Stephen served as the Head of National Sales and Distribution Partnerships at Emerge Diagnostics Inc., a modern risk management technology company for Worker's Compensation. Stephen also had the role of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at TrancedIt Health and Head of Sales Team -Promise Selling Academy at Habits at Work. Stephen was previously the National Sales Head, SVP, Sales & Business Development at New Directions Behavioral Health, the largest behavioral health company in the USA.
Stephen van der Watt completed an Executive Business Leadership program at the Graduate School of Business - University of Cape Town in 1993. Stephen received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Pace University in 2003. Stephen also obtained an ILPA HBC qualification in Medical Insurance Specialist/Medical Biller from the University of Pretoria. Before that, Stephen attended the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 1985 to 1988, where they earned a b.soc. sci degree. Stephen also attended the same university from 1986 to 1989. Stephen's education history also includes their time at St Stithians College from 1978 to 1984, and earlier at St Stithians from 1976 to 1984.
