Barbara Cornicioiu

BARBARA CORNICIOIU is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law and technology. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Ramp since 2021, BARBARA previously held significant roles at Goldman Sachs as Vice President and Associate General Counsel (2017-2021) and at American Express, where responsibilities included Vice President and Senior Counsel for the Enterprise Growth Group, as well as the Cyberlaw Unit. BARBARA also contributed to Cognizant as Intellectual Property Counsel (2010-2011) and practiced law at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Pennie & Edmonds LLP. BARBARA earned a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and holds a B.A. in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Classical Civilizations from New York University.
