Eileen Dai is an accomplished product designer with a solid background in both startup and established company environments. Currently serving as a Product Designer at Ramp since November 2024, Eileen previously co-founded and led Tare as CEO from January 2023 to November 2024. Eileen contributed to the founding of Skio as a Product Designer from May 2022 to November 2022 and spent four years at Robinhood in the role of Product Designer from July 2018 to May 2022. Eileen gained early experience as a Product Design Intern at Workday in 2017. Eileen holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science, Systems, and Technology, as well as a Master of Professional Studies in Information Science, both from Cornell University.
