Katie Parente

Katie Parente is an experienced professional in the venture capital and startup ecosystem, currently serving as a full-time employee at SalesRamp since November 2024. Prior to this role, Katie worked at Pillar VC for over five years, advancing from Associate to Senior Associate, and ultimately to Director of Platform. At IDEA: Northeastern University's Venture Accelerator, Katie established the community team to foster peer networks among startup founders and held the position of Investment Lead at the New England Venture Capital Association as a Research and Operations Intern. Additionally, Katie contributed to Hercules Capital, Inc. as a Venture Debt Co-op, where strategies led to closing a significant $15M deal. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University and has furthered education at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
