Varun Kadle

Varun Kadle, CBCA, currently serves as a Senior Risk Operations Specialist in Portfolio Risk Management at Ramp, beginning in September 2023. Previously, Varun held the position of Senior Analyst in Merchant Lending Credit at Shopify, where responsibilities included underwriting merchant financing applications and leading projects to mitigate credit risk. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Small Business Credit Underwriter at TD, where Varun adjudicated complex credit requests and mentored junior underwriters, and various positions at Meridian Credit Union, Scotiabank, and BMO Financial Group, focused on credit analysis and lending services. Varun's foundational education includes a Master of Arts in Animation for Computer Games from Sheffield Hallam University, a Diploma in Animation Engineering from Arena Multimedia, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University.
