David Protzman

David Protzman has extensive experience in the field of software and FPGA engineering, currently serving as FPGA Team Lead and FPGA Engineer at Rampart Communications since July 2021. Prior to this role, David worked as an FPGA Integration Engineer at OPS Consulting, LLC from November 2019 to July 2021 and held the position of Senior Research Engineer at Department 13 from November 2015 to November 2019. David's career began with a role as a Java/Cloud Developer at Booz Allen Hamilton from June 2012 to November 2015, following a tenure as a Developer in the United States Air Force from October 2004 to July 2012. David is skilled in multiple programming languages, including Java, C, C++, PHP, Perl, and Hadoop.
