Joe Marino is the Executive Vice President of Sales at RampUp. Joe has over 20 years of experience in sales and management, with a focus on the healthcare industry. Prior to joining RampUp, Joe was the Executive Vice President at Hueman Your RPO Partner, a recruitment process outsourcing company that takes culture seriously and focuses on finding the best candidates for their clients. Joe was also the Senior Vice President at PPR Talent Management Group, where they were responsible for client sales and service. In this role, they increased revenue by developing long-term relationships with clients and growing the sales team.

Joe has also held leadership positions at WorldxChange Communications and Alitum Inc., where they were responsible for developing and executing sales strategies. Joe has presented at national and state conferences on recruiting and sourcing, such as AHCA, AHCA State Chapters, NAHCR State Chapters, and more.

Joe Marino is a proven leader with a passion for sales and over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry. Joe is dedicated to developing long-term relationships with clients and increasing revenue through their sales teams.

Joe Marino completed an accounting degree at the University at Albany, SUNY. After graduation, they became a certified public accountant (CPA) and began working in the accounting and business field.

They work with Richard Reid - Vice President, Sarah Palmer - Division President, and Sarah Thomsen - Head of Marketing. Joe Marino reports to Bill Boutwell, President.
