Melinda's career includes significant positions at Bunnings, Coles Myer, and World 4 Kids, demonstrating a strong background in team management, operational oversight, and community engagement. Melinda holds a Diploma of Education from Deakin University and has partially completed a degree in Pathology at RMIT University.
