Kayleigh Wilkinson has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Kayleigh started their career as an IPT Technician at FiscalReps Ltd in 2008, where they calculated and completed tax returns for insurance companies across multiple countries. In 2011, they transitioned to a Training Operations Team Leader position at The LGV Training Company, overseeing training operations. Kayleigh then joined Easy As HGV Ltd in 2014 as a Customer Services Controller, handling complaints, refunds, and improving customer service. In 2015, they became an Admin Assistant at St Patrick's Catholic Primary School before moving to Henry Tyndale School in 2019 as a PA to the Headteacher, where they handled various administrative tasks. Currently, they are working as a Personal Assistant to the Director at ramsac, starting in 2022.

Kayleigh Wilkinson attended Thomas More Secondary School from 1999 to 2004, where they completed their high school studies. In 2004, they enrolled at Farnham College and pursued A Levels in Physics, Maths, and Health Studies. Kayleigh completed their A Levels in 2007. Several years later, in 2018, they obtained a certificate in Mental Health Awareness from Farnborough College of Technology. Moreover, in 2019, Kayleigh received a certificate in Business Administration from the same institution.
