Damien Michon

Born in 1970, Damien Michon is a graduate of the University of Paris Sud, holder of a Diploma in Accounting and Financial Studies.

He began his career as Management Controller at DB Finances SA in 1990, before becoming Administrative and Financial Manager of HealthCare Management SA in 1995. He joined the world of health in 2000, joining the Capio group, first as as Director of Clinics (Lyon, La Rochelle and Toulouse), then as Regional Director.

In 2011, he took over the General Management of the Ramsay Santé group until 2015. He then became Director of Mental Health and Development of Ramsay Générale de Santé and thus joined the Executive Committee. He was appointed Director of Operations of Ramsay Santé in January 2018. He became Director of Operations and Development MCO & SSR France on February 6, 2019.
