Nick Costa

Nick Costa was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ramsay Health Care UK in January 2022.

Mr Costa was Ramsay UK’s Chief Operating Officer from 2018 and has been instrumental in ensuring the effective operational delivery of the UK business. Most recently, he has overseen the successful rollout of a new Electronic Patient Record system across all Ramsay hospitals in the UK.

Mr Costa has extensive health industry experience and a proven track record as an accomplished and collaborative leader. Prior to joining Ramsay, he was the Regional Operations & Transformation Director at Nuffield Health, where he was responsible for delivering high quality services and standards and national business transformation.
