Zuli C.

Zuli C.'s work experience begins with their current position as Vice President of Client Success at Ramsay Innovations, Inc., which started in January 2023. Prior to this role, Zuli held the position of Customer Success Leader at the same company starting from September 2022.

Before joining Ramsay Innovations, Inc., Zuli worked at Assurant from 2011 to 2022. They first served as the Director of Global Client Management, overseeing strategic partnerships and leading a team of Account Executives. From 2018 to 2020, Zuli held the role of Business Development Manager. They also worked as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2011 to 2018, where they led the quarterly forecast and annual budget process and maintained relationships with internal business.

Zuli also gained experience at Assurant Inc, starting in 2011 as a Finance Analyst III. During this time, they partnered with and supported international business units, conducted expense allocation reviews, and provided reports and analyses to management.

Prior to Assurant, Zuli worked at Kelly Tractor Company from 2004 to 2011. They began as an Account Executive, managing a $6 million accounts receivables portfolio and facilitating communication with customers and department staff. Zuli then advanced to the role of Credit & Collections Supervisor, overseeing the department and negotiating payment options for delinquent accounts.

Zuli's earliest work experience was with the US Army, serving as an Automated Logistic Specialist from 2002 to 2004. In this role, they were responsible for managing a $15.5 million aircraft parts inventory and ensuring compliance with inventory procedures.

Zuli C. completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Florida International University, from 2006 to 2008. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Nova Southeastern University.
