Alicia Kok

Alicia Kok has a diverse and extensive work experience in marketing and communications. Alicia started their career as a Senior Executive at First Mobile Group, where they worked on advertising and marketing programs for mobile phone distributors. Alicia then moved on to become a Marketing Manager at California Fitness and later Fitness First Malaysia, where they were responsible for planning and executing various marketing strategies and activities. Alicia also worked as a Marcom Manager at Damas Suites & Residences, overseeing the development and maintenance of brand standards for a hotel. Alicia then took on roles as a Marcom Manager at Country Heights Holdings Berhad, Corporate Communications Manager at LeapEd Services, and Marketing and Communications Manager at Ipsos, where they developed and implemented marketing and communications plans, managed PR activities, and raised the profile of the organizations through speaking opportunities and conferences. Most recently, Alicia worked as the Head of Marketing, Media, and Communications at Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care.

Alicia Kok obtained their GCE degree from Sekolah Menengah Damansara Jaya between 1990 and 1994. Alicia later pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing from 1996 to 1997. Finally, they completed their Masters of Business Administration in General Management from the University of Hull between 2002 and 2004.
