Richard Foo

Richard Foo is currently serving as the Group Head of Digital Innovation and Customer Experience at Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care. Prior to this role, Richard held positions such as Assistant General Manager of Analytics at Star Media Group Berhad, Senior Manager of Digital Solutions at AIA, and Digital Manager at Accenture. Richard's expertise lies in driving innovation through digital technologies and analytics, leading high-performing teams, and overseeing product development from end to end. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science - Software Engineering from Universiti Malaya.
