Claire is a Litigation Executive in the Abuse, Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Department.

Claire has specialised in claims involving Personal Injury and has a wealth of experience in dealing with Road Traffic Accident claims, from Fast Track to Multi-Track including claims involving the Motor Insurers Bureau.

Claire has a developing specialism in claims involving abuse, both child and elder, which often include complex injury. Where elders are concerned, cases often involve issues surrounding Clinical Negligence.

Claire has vast experience supporting clients in what are often challenging cases and has always been commended for her sensitive and friendly approach.
