Tobias Spotka

Tobias Spotka possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and education within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a QA professional at RAMSEIER Suisse AG since May 2015 and a Senior Lecturer at Strickhof - Kompetenzzentrum in Agrar-, Lebensmittel- und Hauswirtschaft since January 2020, Tobias combines practical expertise with academic contributions. Previous roles include a quality manager at Nestlé and QA/Lab & Process Development at Thurella. Additionally, freelance work as a sparring partner in food technology has been ongoing since April 2014. Tobias's educational background includes a diploma in Biotechnology with a focus on Brewing Science from Technische Universität Berlin and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from SAQ-Qualicon.ch.
