Alyson Allen

Alyson Allen is currently a 1:1 paraprofessional for a Kindergarten student and also works in a 2nd grade class and resource room at Ramsey School District, a position held since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an E-Commerce Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., driving ecommerce initiatives for several beauty brands from November 2010 to September 2014, and as an Account Executive at Blue Ribbon Digital in July 2010. Allen's earlier tenure at Estée Lauder included several positions in advertising, ultimately serving as Manager of Advertising. Before entering the beauty industry, experience included data analysis roles at Cornell Medical College and the Center for Reproductive Medicine and Infertility. Allen holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from Pennsylvania State University, a Master’s in Social Work from New York University, and is currently a Teaching Candidate enrolled with Rutgers Graduate School of Education.
