Stephen Leader is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mental health support and program coordination. Currently serving as a Peer Coordinator at Richmond Area Multi Services since May 2019, Stephen previously held the position of Peer Support Coordinator at the Mental Health Association of San Francisco from November 2015 to February 2019. In that role, responsibilities included administering city contracts related to hoarding, nutrition, and mindfulness, managing multiple support groups, and overseeing peer support programs. Stephen has also served as a consultant and facilitated innovative support groups, supervised volunteer programs in outdoor adventures, and worked as a video producer, showcasing expertise in citizen journalism. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Television Film from New York University, Stephen combines technical skills from previous roles in engineering and consulting with a strong commitment to community service and mental health advocacy.
