Lely Lam-Hong

Lely Lam-Hong has extensive work experience in various roles within the software development and quality assurance fields. Lely began their career in 1995 as a System Engineer at Thakral before moving on to positions such as Software Engineer at Spacebel and Senior Software Engineer at Saigon Software Development Company.

In 2004, Lely joined Global CyberSoft JSC as a Technical Lead and Technical Project Manager, and later served as the Vice President of Engineering. Lely then worked at GATe technology, JSC as a CTO, QA Manager, and Delivery Manager.

From 2006 to 2007, Lely was the R&D Director at Global Cybersoft, where they focused on researching technology trends, improving testing methodologies, and establishing a comprehensive PKI system.

Starting in 2008, Lely took on the role of Director of Quality Assurance at RamSoft, where they successfully transformed the delivery team and led initiatives in DevOps practices and automation testing. In 2019, they became the Director of DevOps at the same company, leading a team in designing and implementing software automation tools and improving the infrastructure and architecture related to performance, security, and disaster recovery.

Lely Lam-Hong completed an MBA in International Business and Technology Management at the Asian Institute of Technology in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronic from the Technical Education University in HCM, Vietnam in the years 1990-1995. In addition to their formal education, Lely Lam-Hong has obtained several certifications in various fields such as ISO standards, agile testing, ethical hacking, and Microsoft Azure.
