Santhakumari M has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and delivery management. Santhakumari started their career as a Management Trainee at NETAXIS IT SOLUTIONS in 2016 and worked there until 2017. Subsequently, they joined Enrich & Enlight in 2017 as a Recruitment Consultant and stayed until 2019. In 2019, they joined RAMSOL PVT LTD / WITS ACUMEN, where they initially worked as an IT Recruitment Specialist and later transitioned to the role of Delivery Lead in April 2022.
