Joseph Hershman

Joseph Hershman, PE, currently serves as Solutions Architect and Technical Project Manager at Hope Gas since June 2023, leading the design and deployment of infrastructure for ArcGIS Enterprise and Utility Network implementations. With extensive experience as a Sr. GIS Consultant and Project Manager for RAMTeCH Corporation and Peoples Natural Gas, Joseph has been integral in numerous projects involving advanced Mobile and ArcGIS technologies. Previous roles include project management at Noble Energy, overseeing GIS and Oracle eAM solutions, and serving as Director of GIS Services at Signum Group LLC, managing large-scale enterprise transformations. Joseph holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering/Groundwater Engineering from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
