Nathalie Pougno

Nathalie Pougno currently serves as the Vice President of Information Technology at Ramudden Global North America since July 2025. Previously, Nathalie held the position of Senior Director for Corporate IT and Portfolio Management at Hydro One from November 2020 to July 2025. Nathalie's experience at Ricoh Canada Inc. spanned from June 2012 to November 2020, where Nathalie advanced through various roles including Senior Director of IT and Digital Transformation, Director of Enterprise Applications, Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications, Manager of Application Development, and Business Intelligence Architect. Earlier career positions include roles at Grand & Toy and Intel as a Data Warehouse Architect & Team Lead, as well as consulting positions at SRL and Sela. Nathalie earned a Master’s degree in Mathematics from university and furthered professional development with a PSM I certification from Scrum.org and completion of the Leadership Development Program at Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University.
