Dave Bailey

Dave Bailey has extensive experience in non-profit, community-based leadership. Dave has been the CEO of Ranch Hope, Inc. since 2004, leading the organization with a $14 million budget and 250 team members. In this role, they have built partnerships with various stakeholders to meet the needs of vulnerable children, youth, and families in the Delaware Valley. Prior to becoming CEO, Dave served as the Director of Development at Ranch Hope, Inc. from 2001 to 2004. During this time, they created the agency's Development Department, implemented strategic plans, and secured significant individual and corporate gifts.

Dave Bailey attended Penn State University from 1986 to 1989, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice. After a gap of several years, they then enrolled at Eastern University from 1999 to 2004. During this period, they completed a Master of Science degree in Non Profit Management.
