John Rossi

John Rossi has a diverse work experience in the water industry. John is currently serving as the Board President for Rancho California Water District since January 2023, and has been a Board Member and Vice President since January 2019. John also worked as a Senior Consultant at Ralph Andersen & Associates starting from April 2019. Previously, they served as the Former Board Chair at Urban Water Institute from February 2020 to February 2022, and as the Former President of the California Municipal Utilities Association from April 2017 to December 2017. John worked as the General Manager at Western MWD from June 2004 to December 2017. John has held various leadership roles and positions in the water industry, including Second Vice President of WateReuse Association (National) from June 2008 to December 2015, Vice Chair of ACWA Groundwater Committee from January 2008 to December 2012, Treasurer of American Ground Water Trust from June 2006 to December 2009, and CEO of Chino Basin Watermaster from June 2001 to June 2004. John started their career at Elsinore Valley MWD as a General Manager in May 1990 and held various positions until June 2001.

John Rossi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from National University in 1985, with a focus on Finance and Accounting.
