Kimberly Wall

Kimberly Wall has extensive experience in public affairs, marketing, and event management across various industries. Currently serving as Public Affairs Manager and Public Information Officer II at Rancho Water since February 2021, Kimberly previously held the role of Marketing and Communications Manager at North County Transit District from April 2016 to February 2021, overseeing operations, media relations, and marketing strategies. Kimberly's earlier roles include Special Events Supervisor at Pala Casino Spa and Resort, where event planning and cost management were essential, and Owner/Event Director at Busy Bride Consulting, recognized by The Knot Weddings for excellence in service. Kimberly has also served as Marketing Manager at Sycuan Casino, driving significant guest engagement and overseeing substantial marketing budgets. Kimberly holds a degree in Political Science & Anthropology from UC San Diego and a certificate in Meeting Planning/Events from the University of San Diego, as well as completing studies at Harvard University.
