Jimenez Elizabeth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development, education outreach, and communication strategies. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Rancho Cielo since April 2024, Jimenez also holds the position of Education Outreach Manager at the National Steinbeck Center, responsible for managing an active outreach program that promotes educational partnerships locally and internationally. Prior roles include Grants and Communications Manager at Rancho Cielo and Coordinadora de Comunicación e Imagen at Sistema Avanzado de Bachillerato y Educación Superior en Guanajuato. Jimenez's educational background includes advanced degrees in administration and language interpretation, with studies at Universidad de Guanajuato, Universidad de La Salle Bajío, Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes, and San Francisco State University.

Our Vision: To transform the lives of at-risk youth and empower them to become accountable, competent, productive, and responsible citizens. Bringing together public agencies, community based organizations and concerned citizens we aim to design and implement a comprehensive set of services and programs in support of our Vision. These services and programs will provide the support and alternative activities needed to stem the rising rate of juvenile crime in Monterey County and the surrounding area. Our Mission: To partner with our community to provide a safe campus to deliver programs and services that inspire at risk youth to learn new skills, gain self-esteem and confidence.
