Diego Ceballos is an experienced professional in the chocolate industry, currently serving as Production Manager at Kajkab Chocolate and as a Speaker at Rancho La Puerta since September 2018. In addition, Diego has held the role of Chocolate Maker at CHAPON ET LA CHOCOLATERIE since September 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Chocolate Maker and Production Manager at Cacao de Origen from December 2013 to August 2017, as well as teaching at Green Bean to Bar Chocolate in Japan from March 2016 to July 2016, focusing on education and cultural exchange. Diego holds a Diploma in Food Preparation, Professional Cooking, and Kitchen Assistance from Instituto Culinario de Caracas, completed between 2010 and 2012.
