Kymberly Williams-Evans

Kymberly Williams-Evans, MA, is a seasoned fitness professional with extensive experience in group fitness instruction and health advocacy, currently serving as a Group Fitness Instructor at Channel Islands YMCA since August 2017. Additionally, Kymberly has been a Guest Instructor at Rancho La Puerta since 1983 and previously held positions at Fitness 19 and Fun and Fit, where Kymberly also established a platform as a fitness and humor author, blogger, and radio host, focusing on active aging strategies for baby boomers. Kymberly is the owner of For Real Investments LLC, specializing in real estate investing in Missouri. An ACE Certified Instructor since 1988, Kymberly has contributed to various fitness organizations and was named a FitFluential Ambassador, recognizing influence in healthy living and exercise.
