Rancho Mission Viejo
Jay Bullock began their work experience in 1981 at the County of Orange Planning Department, where they worked until 1985. Jay then joined the County of Orange again in 1992 as a Planner, where they served as the project director for the preparation and approval of the general plan amendment, zone change, and EIR for the North Irvine planned community. In 1995, Jay Bullock became the President of Planning Solutions, Inc. Two years later, in 1997, they joined Rancho Mission Viejo as the Vice President of Planning and Entitlement.
Jay Bullock obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in City & Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. This educational milestone occurred between 1978 and 1981.

Rancho Mission Viejo is a master planned community development organization and is also involved in cattle operations as well as agricultural citrus production. Located in south orange county, California, Rancho Mission Viejo has been under the ownership and management of the O'Neill and Moiso family since 1882.
