Leslie K. Kay

Leslie K. Kay is an experienced educator and nutrition professional with a diverse background in teaching and clinical dietetics. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Rancho Santiago Community College District since October 2016, Leslie teaches Institutional Food Service while preparing students for the ServSafe Manager Certification. In addition, Leslie has been an Adjunct Lecturer at California State University, San Marcos since August 2013, focusing on Health and Human Development. As a Regional Dietitian for Nutrition Management Services Company since 2009, Leslie provides nutrition education and technical support to Fairmont Private Schools. An independent consultant since 1990, Leslie specializes in nutrition assessment and care planning. Leslie's prior experience includes the role of Nutrition Manager at Miraval Resort & Spa, where revenue was increased by 30 percent, and 17 years of academic teaching at California State University Long Beach. Leslie holds a Master's degree in Human Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
