Phirin Keo Salinas, Ed.D., currently serves in Educational Services at the Orange County Department of Education, focusing on curriculum, instruction, and academic enrichment for students from birth to grade 12. The Rancho Santiago Community College District (RSCCD) is responsive to the educational needs of its ever-changing community and provides programs and services that reflect academic excellence.
