Nazanin Razavi Hesselton

Nazanin Razavi Hesselton has extensive experience in human resources and recruiting. Nazanin currently holds the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at rand* construction corporation since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at HITT Contracting Inc. from 2020 to 2022, and as the Director of Recruiting and Human Resources from 2017 to 2020. Before joining HITT Contracting Inc., they worked at General Dynamics Information Technology as the Director of Recruiting from 2015 to 2016, the Recruiting Manager for the Defense Solutions Division from 2012 to 2015, and as a Sr. Principal Recruiter from 2009 to 2012. Nazanin also worked at Oracle USA, Inc. as a Recruiter from 2007 to 2009, and at General Dynamics Information Technology as a Business Development Manager from 1995 to 2007. Nazanin began their career at Anteon as a Sr. Technical Recruiter from 1995 to 2004.
